Suggestions: (1) The technician, last week, could stand to benefit from a visit to an otolaryngologist. Instead, he efficiently addressed the issue and not a drop of water was leaked. Mr. Rivas is also quite nice, and neat, cleaning up everything before he left.I have always had the best experiences with John C Flood, both as a company and with their staff. After everything today I will definitely be using John C. Flood! I had a tricky removal and installation for a water heater and they clearly and patiently went through all of my options and got to work quickly.
