Elkhorn is located about two miles from down town Ketchum in the hills above Sun Valley Resort. The queen sized bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang my clothes. Elkhorn is secluded, yet accessible. The resort was so close to the small towns. This is a family friendly, fun and exciting place to enjoy a vacation. The rodeo was great. It was really well maintained, and I loved the rock fireplace. The drive thru the Saw Tooth mountains was breath takingI'm a single dad, with decently high standards for where I will stay. The only downside was the lack of operating pool adn hot tub on site (we were told they were under renovation). The rodeo was great.
