I mean i'm not saying you should go tit for tat with the drugs they're doing and it could be hard for some people to watch. Toward the latter half of these character's stumblings, you begin to formulate, "Do they ever stop?"

Good soundtrack. Hunter S Thompson story, who knows how true it is, doesn't matter coz it's a great entertainment. And am I the only one who finds a plumper del Toro to be trés sexy?? While Depp was definitely the PERFECT actor for this role, the way this project adapted the story leaves much to be desired, due to too many changes (if you're a stickler for detail and accuracy).

Will be revisiting this flick for decades to come. Sort of similar to the way Kerouac's, On the Road film-adaptation (2012) was also needlessly tinkered with by producers who love to fix things that aren't broken. I need to read some Hunter S. Thompson now (the author)
