I don't get the hype. 5 stars, I'll definitely be back.I find it ridiculous to have only one employee accepting the buys, that doesn't give much of a different perspective plus causes an extremely long wait. Seems most of the clothes in my size are way too dressy or middle aged lady looking or nothing I would want to wear. She was very polite and kind, as were the several other employees I encountered while browsing the store. Once you actually get in it's just stuffed. At least what doesn't sell goes to a good cause.I hardly go to shop anymore because it's gone so far downhill. When she called to offer me the money, I quickly told her that I would like to pick up my articles because that wasn't a reasonable amount for me. The prices are ridiculous. Staff is super nice and the selection of clothes are good quality I.e not dirty, ripped or stained. Don't hesitate to contact us! Just FYI, I was not told this and didn't appreciate her tone. They also don't know much about higher-end items, or price points for different tiers of quality (which is evident if you peruse the racks). As soon as I arrived, a buyer, Janelle, greeted me and began going through my clothing. I would recommend coming exactly when the shop opens at 10am if you are trying to sell some clothes to Buffalo Exchange. Ultimately disappointed and I'm not the only one.There's a lot of negative reviews of this place so I wanted to give my two cents. The selection is really ordinary and predictable, and most of the staff are pretty snotty.
