Alright so I'm relatively new, I have everyone but Rebel unlocked with about 85 hours put into the game. The only one I ever consider is the crown of haste, because it has the ability to give you better drops. However, unlike the Gungeon's crown, Nuclear Throne's crown is a passive item that increases the amount of guns the player finds. I'm actually saddened that you can't have different crowns effects active together. Some added advice, unlocking loop crowns is much easier if you kill the Captain.
